FCRA Amendment On Administrative Expenses

On 31st December 2024, the Central Government notified the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Rules, 2024, which shall come into effect on January 1, 2025. These amendments have been introduced under Rule 5 and Form FC-4 concerning administrative expenses. The changes appear to address the challenges associated with calculating the limit on administrative expenses based on the Foreign Contribution received.
